I wholeheartedly and strongly recommend Cedar Street Personal Training. Even if you have a busy schedule, even if you've never gone to a gym before, and even if you are at the complete beginning of your journey or have been lifting for years, this gym is for you. When people say that all body types, all genders/sexualities, all skill levels, and all backgrounds are welcome here, they are telling the truth! I am in love with the welcoming, supportive, and community-centered environment that Cedar Street provides. I am learning about form, practicing exercises I never thought I could do, and getting stronger already. Coach Nick is kind, compassionate, and extremely dedicated. He genuinely supports each member with great attention and care. I feel so lucky to have found Cedar Street.

I like the fact that you are in the neighborhood and easily accessible for ppl of walking distance, car or train. I like the small group ratio/coach. Nick and Joe were very willing to answer any questions I had. Both of you take the time to explain something before going to the next thing. Overall a very positive experience.

I’ve attended 4 sessions so far and I’ve loved the experience. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during our training sessions and following up after. I really felt like I was getting a personalized experience that enabled me to improve my strength, stability and form.

This place is literally a game changer; it's the sole reason I have a better relationship with my body and fitness. Nick and his squad of trainers create such a welcoming, positive atmosphere that makes it hard to leave after every session. They're attentive and genuinely want to help you achieve your goals. Their programs take all the guess work out of what to do, but you can also work with them and create your own custom plan too. The small group sizes means you're never really waiting to use the equipment, and really helps in feeling like this gym is yours, rather than you being another number in some place like LA Fitness. Cedar Street is much more than just a place to exercise, it's a community of open, caring people - trainers and members alike.
