Where are you from?
What do you love about lifting?
I love the attention to detail and technique that is involved with lifting, but what I love most is the exponential increase in health benefits that you get from lifting, especially as we age.
Why did you want to become a coach?
After discovering barbell training, I immediately became interested and wanted to learn more about it. After I did learn more about it, I wanted to teach people what I learned so that they would be able to have a safe and successful journey building their strength.
What are your hobbies outside of coaching at CSB?
I enjoy food, travel, relaxing, photography, and roller skating. You can find me at the Philly Skate Plex on Saturday nights.
